In January of this year, Ming-Chi Kuo, an analyst at TF International Securities, said that Qualcomm may remain the “exclusive supplier” of baseband chips for the iPhone 16 series until 2024.
Ming-Chi Kuo said in June that he found that Apple hadn’t succeeded in developing a product that could replace Qualcomm’s modems. In 2019, Apple acquired Intel’s modem business, and it is widely believed that Apple is developing its own chips for use in its devices.
Last month, Qualcomm demonstrated the semiconductor industry’s first advanced 5G modem radio chip, which could be used in smartphones, mixed reality headsets, 5G networks and other fields. Expert Manufacturer of CNC machining manufacturer
