  1. There is a problem

The vacuum heat treatment model of our unit is VQQ2-65 double-chamber vacuum quenching furnace, with an effective heating area of 600mm×400mm×400mm. This is a horizontal vacuum heat treatment furnace that uses a trolley to transfer parts between the cold chamber and the hot chamber. 2.Improvement

Place a column at each corner of the vacuum furnace quenching basket as shown in Figure 2. Let the height of the column exceed the height of the workpiece by about 20cm. After placing a layer of workpieces, place a support plate in the basket as shown in Figure 3. The four columns just support the board, and the parts are placed on the board as shown in Figure 4. By analogy, if circumstances permit, the third layer can be placed. In this way, each layer of parts does not contact each other in the quenching basket, and each layer has a large space to ensure subsequent heating and cooling.

3.Improve the effect

It turns out that in order to ensure uniform heating and subsequent cooling, and to prevent deformation caused by the weight of the workpiece during the heating process, only one layer is installed in the basket for large items. Reloading is now possible via the corner struts and the center plate. Keep the parts on the upper layer from contacting the parts on the bottom layer. At the same time, the frame structure is adopted to fully ensure that the parts are heated and cooled evenly during the entire heat treatment process. The pillars and the middle plate are not forcibly connected to the material frame. The overall labor intensity is not high, and it is very convenient to place and take out.

(3) Versatility and compatibility

The length of the pillars is processed in several groups according to the size of the workpieces that are usually operated, and selected according to the size of the workpieces, which can ensure the use of vacuum quenching of different large-scale workpieces. At the same time, by laying a wire mesh at the bottom of the basket, vacuum quenching of multi-layer small parts can also be carried out, making the quenching basket also compatible with small parts. (4) Convenient later maintenance

The bottom plate of the quenching material frame will deform after multiple heat treatments, and the quenching basket needs to be corrected. The bottom correction of the quenching basket as a whole is very cumbersome and difficult to perform on the press. The middle support plate can be calibrated separately as an independent component, and the calibration can be easily completed using a press.
